While EsproDocs provides assistance with academic writing, it is your responsibility to use our services in accordance with your academic institution's policies on academic integrity. We do not condone plagiarism or any form of academic dishonesty.
6. Artificial Intelligence
Our service uses AI to assist with academic writing. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate for your needs
- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content
- We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in AI-generated content
7. Payment Terms
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time. Payment processing services are provided by third-party payment processors, and you may be subject to their terms of service.
8. Disclaimer
The materials on EsproDocs are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EsproDocs is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
